We hoped we would be able to have his services again, as he knew more about the house plumbing structure and would not need as much time to find things. The first visit to our house was timely, as pipes had nearly rusted through. He fixed everything on the spot and didn’t leave us “high and dry” so to speak. The second time he came he sorted out a leaky tap, quickly and without too much cost involved. He signed the invoice – but we can not make out his signature – we simply call him Mr Plumber.”

we had a worrying leak in the toilet of our rented accommodation which threatened to flow through the lounge below. Mr Plumber was onto it immediately and assigned an excellent and professional man who did the job in no time to our great relief. I suspected a leak in a section of our roof gutter which is 3 stories up.
Have used Mr Plummer a few times before so they sent 3 of their guys who knew our property.
The team leader assessed the height risks and discussed his plan with me which I approved as it is a long way down.
I watched closely to ensure that all H & S issues were followed.
He soon found the source of the leak, cleaned out the Rubbish, sealed the leak and inserted some bird whiskers I supplied, job done.
Very happy with their service and professionalism and invoice was very reasonable too.
Highly recommend them.
On this second occasion I used them i was not so impressed.
The two guys tested the roof area where I suspected a leak. Tested it but could not find anything which was what I wanted to determine.
However I was not impressed with them charging $180 each for the first hour especially when one guy was an apprentice.
Then within a week I got a reminder that payment of the invoice was OVERDUE.
I feel they took advantage of me in terms of pricing and do not appreciate I have always paid them in a timely manner.

On our 4 level house renovation Mr Plumber were on time, dependable, polite and efficient. Mr Plumber took out all the old kitchens, laundries, bathrooms, toilets and wash hand basins and over a period of a month installed a range of new appliances leaving us with high quality and fully operational products. Oh, BTW during this period, Mr Plumber worked around us while we lived in our home the entire time. Thanks Bruce, Mark Alex, Dinesh, Dillon.

Mike arrived within 1hr of making an urgent request late in the afternoon. He was courteous, knowledgeable and up front regarding the possible options. As transpired he was able to resolve the problem within 30 minutes and also showed us how the problem could be fixed should there be a recurrence. Very much appreciated Mike.

I called at 5pm with an urgent issue. My call was answered straight away and a plumber was scheduled for first thing the following day. Our plumber was prompt, polite and tidy in his work. He clearly explained the issue to me. We needed a non standard part, so he drove to a couple of places to source one at a reasonable cost. Left everything clean, tidy, and perfectly repaired.
